You can activate this package by dialing 321 or through SMS by sending MP to 5060. Rs. 25+tax will be charged for every package activation request. 

What is the billing procedure for this package? 

This package will be charged according to per minute billing + tax. 

Is Friends and Family number facility available on this package? 

Yes, Friends and Family facility is available on this package. You can choose two numbers of your choice, one on-net and one off-net and enjoy calls at only Rs. 1+tax/minute, anytime, any day! 

How can I add, delete or change my Friends and Family numbers while on this package? 

You can add, delete or change your F&F numbers as many time as you want for Rs.7+tax per number by sending SMS ‘ADD or DEL<space><number>’ to 129 @ Rs.2+tax. 



Can I get Crazy Hour while on this package? 

Yes, you can get Crazy Hour with this package. 

What are the rates for the Crazy Hours offer? 

The rates are:-
From 11 PM - 4.59 PM the next day        Rs. 4/hour + tax


From 5 PM – 10.59 PM at night               Rs. 8/hour + tax


Additionally, Rs. 3 + tax will be charged for every call. 

How can I activate Crazy Hours? 

To activate the Crazy Hours facility, SMS your choice of hours to 2742. e.g. for 9PM - 10PM Crazy Hour, SMS 9PM to 2742.
